Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-40 years old; 2. Body mass index > 23Kg/m2; 3. Comply with PCOS diagnosis; 4. In line with TCM syndrome differentiation and diagnosis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Oral administration of drugs affecting the test results in the past three months, such as antibiotics, contraceptives or other hormone drugs, insulin sensitizers, lipid-lowering drugs, etc.; 2. Patients with gastrointestinal diseases (such as diarrhea, enteritis, etc.) or those who are in the acute infection stage and other diseases that affect the intestinal microecology; 3. Patients with organic lesions in important organs such as heart, lung, liver, and kidney, or patients with mental disorders or other reasons who cannot cooperate with the test.
