Intervention group 1:Promote healthy oral health knowledge and master how to care for the oral cavity
Intervention group 2:Promote healthy oral health behaviors and develop an oral action plan
Intervention group 3:Promote the two-way relationship between periodontitis and diabetes, and grasp the oral health examination of diabetic patients
Intervention group 4:Understand the routine treatment measures for periodontitis, and carry out on-site basic treatment
Intervention group 5:Learn the surgical treatment of periodontitis and master the oral care after the surgical treatment
Intervention group 6 :Carry out regular follow-up maintenance

35 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 35 to 70 years, gender is not limited; 2. Permanent residents of the jurisdiction area (residents who have lived in the project area for more than 6 months in the 12 months before the survey); 3. Diagnosed with type 2 diabetes according to the World Health Organization (WHO 1999) diabetes diagnostic criteria; 4. Included in the health management of diabetic patients in the national basic public health service project; 5. Stable condition and no serious complications; 6. Voluntarily participate in self-management groups, with a high degree of participation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a history of tuberculosis, syphilis, AIDS and other infectious diseases; 2. Women are in pregnancy; 3. Concomitant use of drugs that affect glucose metabolism or cause gingival changes; 4. Cognitive dysfunction or mental illness; 5. Received periodontal treatment in the past year.
