superficial neuromuscular block:Use neuromuscular blocking agents only at induction
moderate neuromuscular blockade group:Intraoperative infusion of neuromuscular blocking agent to maintain TOF value of 1-2

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Infants and young children who underwent laparoscopic surgery in Hu'nan Children's Hospital, aged 0-1 years, with ASA I-II, signed the informed consent, and the operation time was less than 2 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any chromosomal abnormality children; 2. Children with cardiovascular disease; 3. Children with developmental delay; 4. Children with airway malformations; 5. Severely obese children; 6. Children with gestational age less than 27 weeks.
