25 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant subjects with first pregnancy and singleton pregnancy; 2. 32 weeks of gestation, no late pregnancy complications; 3. The refractive error is between -6.0D and 6.0D; 4. Aged between 25 and 35 years (inclusive).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Smoking; 2. Drug addiction; 3. History of ophthalmic diseases such as glaucoma and retinal diseases; 4. History of eye surgery; 5. Hypertension, diabetes and other diseases that may affect the thickness of the choroid; 6. Other chronic diseases.
