Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA II or III; 2. Aged 65-85 years; 3. Patients with elective laparoscopic or open upper abdominal surgery (stomach, gallbladder, liver, pancreas, spleen) whose operation time is longer than 1.5 hours; 4. Clear consciousness and active cooperation, can understand pain visual analog scale (VAS) score, sedation score, etc. after short training, and can use PCA device autonomously.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severely abnormal cardiac function; 2. Chronic respiratory insufficiency; 3. Serious abnormality of liver and kidney function (alanine aminotransferase is 3 times higher than normal or creatinine is higher than normal); 4. Suffering from central nervous system and psychological diseases, history of chronic pain, long-term use of sedatives, antidepressants, alcoholism, drug dependence, etc. before surgery, there is a risk of central respiratory depression.
