Age
60 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 60 years; 2. Clinical symptoms: (1) fever, body temperature >=38°C; (2) chills; (3) systolic blood pressure 20 times/min; 3. Blood culture or catheter culture confirmed bloodstream infection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. In the end stage of the disease, the expected survival time is less than 48 hours; 2. Patients receiving immunosuppressants, long-term hormone therapy (>=0.5 mg/kg.d for more than 30 days) and immunodeficiency; 3. Active tumor history or patients receiving chemotherapy.
