18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with clinical diagnosis of liver cirrhosis; 2. Aged between 18 and 70 years; 3. Hypoproteinemia (serum total protein <60g/L or albumin <35g/L); 4. Child-pugh is graded as B and C; 5. Patients participate voluntarily, can be followed up regularly, and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe organic diseases and tumors of cardiovascular, brain, lung, kidney and other important organs; 2. Combined with life-threatening end-stage complications of liver cirrhosis such as upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage, hepatic encephalopathy, and hepatorenal syndrome; 3. Patients with mental illness, pregnant or breastfeeding patients; 4. Patients who have used albumin, plasma preparations and other drugs that promote plasma albumin synthesis in the past 3 months; 5. For various reasons, the patient cannot reach the target energy requirement.
