Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with open surgery; 2. Aged 18-75 years; 3. Agree to participate in the project and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are preparing for pregnancy, pregnancy and lactation; 2. Patients with body surface tumor resection; 3. Combined with serious damage to the heart and brain, respiratory, digestive, immune, nervous, endocrine, blood and other systems; 4. Severe or uncontrollable mental illness; 5. Any unstable condition that may jeopardize patient safety and compliance; 6. Participation and treatment of anticancer drugs in other clinical trials.
