Age
18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >18 years and <=70 years. 2. Resectable esophageal squamous cell carcinoma in the middle or lower thoracic segment. 3. There is no metastatic lymph node in the mediastinum on preoperative clinical stage. 4. ECOG PS 0-1. 5. The main organs function normally. 6. No surgical contraindications. 7. The subjects have good compliance and cooperate with follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Past history of malignant tumor; 2. The largest short diameter of the lymph nodes of the recurrent laryngeal nerve chain> 5mm.
