Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for lumbar disc herniation and undergo surgical treatment; 3. Obtain informed consent and voluntarily participate in the research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cognitive dysfunction, MMSE<=26 points; 2. Complicated with stroke sequelae, osteoarthropathy and other diseases that seriously affect motor function; 3. Severe cardiopulmonary disease.
