Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 60-75 years, gender is not limited; 2. Patients undergoing elective tracheal intubation under general anesthesia; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grades I-II; 4. Vital signs: 10=95% when breathing air; systolic blood pressure 90mmHg<=SBP<=160mmHg; diastolic blood pressure 60mmHg<=DBP<=100mmHg; 55<=heart rate<=100 beats/min; 5. Body mass index (BMI): 18<=BMI<=30kg/m^2; 6. Have a good understanding and cooperation with the research process and methods, and volunteer to participate in this research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Known or suspected allergies or contraindications to cyclopofol injection excipients, propofol injection, opioids, benzodiazepines, muscle relaxants, etc.; 2. Those with contraindications to general anesthesia or those who have had a history of anesthesia accidents in the past; 3. Complicated with intracranial hypertension, craniocerebral loss, stroke, myocardial infarction, and unstable angina; 4. Patients with obstructive pulmonary disease, respiratory insufficiency, difficult airway or difficulty in tracheal intubation with modified Markov score grade III or IV; 5. Uncontrolled diabetes or high blood pressure; 6. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 7. Past history of alcoholism or drug dependence; 8. Abuse or long-term use of sedative, anesthetic, analgesic drugs; 9. Those who have a history of mental illness in the past; 10. Those who have received clinical trials of other drugs within 1 month before screening; 11. Patients who are considered by the investigator to have any other factors that are not suitable for participating in this trial.
