65 Years to 90 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged > 65 years, gender is not limited; 2. 2 weeks to 1 year after the onset of hemorrhagic or ischemic stroke diagnosed according to WHO criteria; 3. Swallowing dysfunction (water field drinking test >= grade 3); 4. Sign the informed consent; 5. GCS>=9 points.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Dysphagia existed before the stroke; 2. Participating in other interventional research; 3. Unable to cooperate with rehabilitation treatment and evaluation; 4. Combined with other serious organ or systemic diseases; 5. Combined with severe mental illness; 6. Aged over 90 years.
