Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. The main diagnosis of the patient was stroke and confirmed by head CT or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI); 3. The patient meets the definition of severe stroke defined by the 2015 China Severe Cerebrovascular Disease Management Consensus: GCS=17 points; tracheal intubation and/or mechanical ventilation is required; hemodynamic instability; generalized tonic-clonic seizures and/or status epilepticus; systemic organ dysfunction requiring supportive care.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient had nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea, aspiration and other symptoms before admission; 2. Patients who terminated treatment for various reasons during the study period (such as giving up treatment, death, etc.); 3. There are contraindications to enteral nutrition support treatment such as intestinal obstruction, severe organic lesions of the digestive tract or stress bleeding.
