18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-75 years; 2. ECOG score 0-2 points; 3. Chest CT showed at least two or more pulmonary nodules (pure ground glass, partially solid or solid nodules); 4. At least one lesion was diagnosed as lung cancer by postoperative pathology (T1N0M0-T1N1M0); 5. At least one residual pulmonary nodule is considered as a primary malignant pulmonary nodule by pathological diagnosis or multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment (MDT) discussion; 6. Residual pulmonary nodules are inoperable or operable but the patient refuses surgical resection; 7. Have self-awareness and can sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The presence of metastatic pulmonary nodules; 2. Received chest radiotherapy in the past; 3. Lymph node metastasis or distant metastasis; 4. The tumor is located in the proximal bronchial tree region. The proximal bronchial tree is defined as the carina, left and right main bronchi, left and right upper lobe bronchi, middle bronchi, right middle lobe bronchi, lingual bronchi, left and right lower lobe bronchi; the proximal bronchial tree area was defined as the area surrounding the proximal bronchial tree within 2 cm in all directions; 5. Patients with pneumonectomy; 6. Patients with severe heart, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and other primary diseases; 7. Pregnant and lactating patients; 8. Active period of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection; 9. Those with active systemic infection, pneumonia, tuberculosis, and pericarditis; 10. Have a history of psychotropic substance abuse or drug use.
