Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Early pregnancy pregnant women aged 18-45 years(less than 16 weeks pregnant); 2. Those who voluntarily participated and signed the informed consent form were taken as the research subjects; 3. The inclusion criteria of the gestational diabetes group were based on the diagnostic criteria of the 75g OGTT International Diabetes and Pregnancy Study Group and met at least one of the following criteria: (1) Fasting blood glucose (FPG) >= 5.1 mmol/l; (2) 1 h glucose >= 10.0 mmol/l; (3) 2 h glucose >= 8.5 mmol/l; 4. Pregnant women diagnosed with GDM have not been treated with insulin; 5. The control group is a 1:1 matched group with normal blood glucose screening test.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a chronic medical condition, including high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, heart or kidney disease. 2. Patients have reported use of antibiotics or drugs that affect the stomach or intestinal microbiota within 2 months prior to enrollment. 3. Poor patient compliance and poor follow-up possibility.
