Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with premature ventricular contractions who underwent catheter ablation in our hospital from 2016 to 2021 (using intracardiac echocardiography and image integration to localize premature ventricular contractions, and the arrhythmia focus was located in the left ventricle anterolateral papillary muscle or posteromedial papillary muscle).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other serious arrhythmia and structural heart disease; 2. During the operation, the early origin of the electrophysiological examination room is in the non-papillary muscle site, and the symptoms can be controlled by drugs.
