Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 2-17 years, half male and female.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Clinically diagnosed as sexual developmental disorders such as sexual developmental delay and abnormal sexual differentiation. 2. Clinically diagnosed with endocrine diseases such as congenital hypothyroidism, congenital adrenal hyperplasia, adrenal tumor, and hypothalamic-pituitary tumor. 3. Hormone therapy such as GnRH-a within one year. 4. The remaining amount of hemolysis, lipemia, and serum samples is not enough to complete the test.
