Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The maxillary or mandibular first and second molars whose root tips have been developed; 2. The teeth can be detected and deep caries; 3. Diagnosed as partially irreversible pulpitis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Irreversible pulpitis due to wear, wedge-shaped defect, cracked tooth, periodontal disease, etc.; 2. Those who took antibiotics and painkillers before seeing a doctor, and those who could not elicit symptoms during the inspection; 3. The tooth has undergone pulp preservation or root canal therapy; 4. Moderate to severe periodontitis or furcation lesions; 5. X-ray see periapical transmission; 6. Pregnant patients, serious systemic diseases, mental disorders or unable to cooperate with treatment.
