Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Those who were diagnosed with nodal (rectal) polyps or nodal (rectal) tumors by electronic colonoscopy within the past 1 month, and used as the first diagnosis; 2. Pathologically confirmed adenoma or adenocarcinoma; 3. Meet the diagnostic criteria of TCM syndromes; 4. Aged 30 to 70 years, no gender limit; 5. Voluntarily join the project and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Inflammatory bowel disease, lymphoma, and hereditary diseases such as familial adenomatous polyposis and P-J syndrome; 2. Metastatic or invasive tumors; 3. Those who have taken antibiotics, microbial preparations, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, traditional Chinese medicines and other drugs that significantly affect the intestinal flora within one month; 4. Combined with severe respiratory, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, endocrine and other diseases, as well as patients with concurrent mental illness and infectious diseases.
