Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Chinese nationality; 2. Those aged 60 years and above; 3. Those who voluntarily participated in this survey and signed the informed consent; 4. Those with low education level or difficulty in reading, but can correctly understand the items under the explanation of the investigator, and have obtained the informed consent of the guardian.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those with serious illness are not suitable for participating in the survey.
