Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Severe patients with multiple organ dysfunction requiring dexmedetomidine sedation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Aged less than 18 years; 2. Identify those with a history of craniocerebral trauma; 2. Combined with other sedative drugs.
