Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged over 18 years; 2. Patients with upper thoracic or middle thoracic esophagus cancer diagnosed with anastomotic leakage after cervical esophagogastrostomy; (diagnostic criteria for cervical anastomotic leakage: the diagnosis of cervical anastomotic leakage is mainly based on its clinical manifestations and signs, including : (1) Symptoms: fever, chest pain, and chest tightness after surgery; (2) Signs: saliva-like fluid is seen flowing out of the neck, which may be accompanied by a foul odor, and a mixed feeling of gas and liquid around the neck incision is touched by palpation; (3) Auxiliary examination: blood count increased, neutrophil count increased, and nucleus shifted to the left; (4) Positive methylene blue test: oral methylene blue sees blue-stained liquid flowing out of the neck; 3. Patient informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with thoracic fistula and mediastinal fistula; 2. Combined with sepsis and multiple organ failure.
