18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. BMI >= 28kg/m^2; 2. Aged 18-65 years, gender is not limited; 3. Perform painless gastrointestinal endoscopy; 4. Informed consent of the patient or family member; 5. ASA classification I-II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have epistaxis, nasal mucosal injury, nasal space occupying, etc. who cannot perform transnasal carbon dioxide monitoring; 2. There is a clear diagnosis of heart disease (heart failure, angina pectoris, myocardial infarction, arrhythmia, etc.); 3. There are definite lung diseases (asthma, bronchitis, COPD, bullae, pulmonary embolism, lung cancer, etc.); 4. Previous hypotension (systolic blood pressure <= 90mmHg), bradycardia (heart rate < 50 beats/min) or hypoxemia (SaO2 < 90%); 5. Those with underlying diseases that require oxygen; 6. Emergency surgery; 7. Multiple trauma; 8. There is a clear upper respiratory tract infection; 9. Allergic to sedatives such as propofol or equipment such as tape.
