Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. According to Global strategy for the diagnosis, management,and prevention of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease revised 2015, the patients met the diagnostic criteria for COPD, and the condition was stable for more than 4 weeks. 2. The comprehensive assessment of the severity of the disease during the stable period was divided intomoderate and severe (group C and D). The conventional drug treatment for COPD was maintained. Except for inhalers, the use of hormones was avoided and the daily activity was maintained.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Other lung diseases except COPD, chronic cough and wheezing caused by bronchial asthma, bronchiectasis, bronchial tumor, tuberculosis, pneumonia, fungus, irritant gas or allergy. 2. Patients with contraindications to exercise training were excluded. 3. Affect lung oxidative stress response: serious liver, kidney and endocrine diseases; Diseases of the nervous system; Serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; Connective tissue diseases; Glaucoma. 4. Patients who were being treated with antioxidants were excluded.
