10 Years to 18 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 10-18 years; 2. The puncture result is benign; 3. The ultrasound image of the nodule has no signs of malignancy (such as unclear border, irregular shape, aspect ratio greater than 1 and microcalcification); 4. There are oppressive or cosmetic symptoms, fear of enlarged or malignant nodules; 5. Refuse surgery or intolerance to surgery; 6. Involuntary function nodules, the normal range of calcitonin; 7. No history of thyroid surgery and neck radiation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with abnormal vocal cord function; 2. Severe coagulation disorder, respiratory failure, myocardial infarction, systemic infection or uncontrolled diabetes.
