Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Conform to the diagnosis of stroke in the 2007 ''Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Cerebrovascular Diseases in China'', confirmed by CT or MRI; 2. The first onset and the course of the disease is 1-6 months, and the condition is stable; 3. Aged between 25-85 years; 4. There are balance and postural control disorders, Bobath balance stance balance >= 2; 5. No obvious cognitive and visual impairment, clearly understand the instruction requirements, and the Simple Intelligence Mental State Examination Scale >= 28 points; 6. Voluntarily participate in the research and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are other neurological diseases that affect the balance ability; 2. Other serious heart, brain, kidney disease and severe malnutrition; 3. Those taking benzodiazepines, baclofen and antidepressants; 4. There are contraindications to rTMS, such as cardiac pacemaker, intracranial metal, implanted drug pump, pregnancy and history of seizures.
