18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective lower extremity surgery under spinal anesthesia; 2, ASA classification I -III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency; 2. Those who are allergic to local anesthesia drugs and ultrasonic coupling agents; 3. Patients with abnormal mental state who cannot cooperate; 4. The patient refuses to participate in the study.
