Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Permanent residence in Yuecheng District (not leaving Yuecheng District within six months of the epidemic season); 2. Have been registered in the Yuecheng District EPI database; 3. Aged < 36 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Have a history of rotavirus vaccination.
