Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Maternal aged between 20 and 35 years, singleton full-term delivery (37-42 weeks of gestation), and the planned breastfeeding time exceeds 3 months. 2. Neonatal with Apgar score> 8 points, suitable for gestational age.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Maternal: (1) Suffering from gestational hypertension, diabetes and any diseases that affect metabolism; (2) Acute and chronic infectious diseases such as AIDS and tuberculosis; (3) Severe heart and kidney disease; (4) Those who take drugs that affect nutrient metabolism. 2. Infants: those with congenital and genetic diseases, or those with breastfeeding contraindications such as galactosemia and phenylketonuria.
