Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The first large-scale liver resection was performed in our hospital, and the postoperative pathological examination was confirmed to be hilar cholangiocarcinoma; 2. Tumor Bismuth-Corlette classification is type III or type IV; 3. The general condition is good, and there is no serious organic disease of the heart, lungs, kidneys and other important organs; 4. Patients with Child-Pugh grade of liver function before operation, or the liver function grade recovered to grade A after short-term liver protection treatment; 5. The residual liver volume is greater than 40% of the standard liver volume and the 15-minute ICG retention rate is less than 10%.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative radiotherapy, chemotherapy and other anti-tumor treatments; 2. Combined with other malignant tumors; 3. Whether the R0 resection has been reached after surgery is not evaluated according to the new entry-type pathology report mode; 4. Absence of gallbladder before surgery; 5. The clinically relevant data of the patient are missing.
