Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged between 18 to 20 years. 2.11-13 weeks of gestation. 3.Single pregnancy and fetal survival. 4.Understand and sign the consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.There is no fetal heartbeat during the 11-13 weeks of pregnancy screening. 2.With severe mental disorders and disable to express their will. 3.With other obvious annormal signs,laboratory examination and other clinical diseases, that reseachers think were not suitable for this reasearch. 4.Reseachers were unable to follow up for labour information.
