40 Years to 78 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with dysphagia after stroke; 2. Patients whose vital signs are stable after conventional treatment and whose disease course is within 3 months; 3. Clinical manifestations of dysphagia and choking after drinking water; 4. Movement disorder of soft palate, throat muscle, tongue muscle, masseter muscle or facial muscle, without tongue muscle atrophy and tongue muscle tremor; 5. Physiological brainstem reflexes: soft palate reflexes are present or hyperactive, and mandibular reflexes are hyperactive. Pathological brainstem reflexes (sucking, palmar-jaw reflex, etc.) are positive; 6. Aged 40-78 years, no gender limit; 7. Obtain and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients of massive cerebral infarction and severe cerebral hemorrhage; 2. Patients with true bulbar palsy; 3. Symptoms of pseudobulbar palsy for more than 90 days; 4. Patients with impaired consciousness; 5. Those with cognitive impairment; 6. Patients with severe multiple organ failure; 7. Those who failed to complete the course of acupuncture and moxibustion according to the experimental plan.
