Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Men and women are not limited; 2. Aged over 18 years old; 3. Acute myocardial infarction (onset less than 1 month).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Within 2 days of acute myocardial infarction; 2. Uncontrolled unstable angina; 3. Uncontrolled arrhythmia or heart failure; 4. Severe aortic coarctation and descending aortic aneurysm; 5. Acute pulmonary embolism, deep vein thrombosis, endocarditis, pericarditis, myocarditis, aortic dissection, pulmonary edema; 6. Thyroid poisoning; 7. Kidney failure; 8. Acute infection or acute febrile disease; 9. Other physical dysfunctions that affect the test (disabled persons are not competent for exercise tests or have safety hazards).
