18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 60 years at the time of enrollment; 2. Patients with complicated calculi diagnosed by imaging examination at the time of enrollment; 3. Patients who require flexible cystoscopy-assisted microchannel percutaneous nephroscopic surgery for complex calculi 4. The patient or the patient's authorized immediate family has signed the informed consent form for the clinical trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Uncorrected systemic bleeding disorder, uncontrolled diabetes or hypertension, severe heart disease or lung function Incomplete and unable to tolerate surgery; 2. Untreated renal tuberculosis; 3. Patients with renal atrophy; 4. Severe urinary tract infection (urinary white blood cells 4+) 5. Those with poor compliance and unable to follow up as planned.
