Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children aged 0 to 14 years undergoing elective general anesthesia surgery; 2. The operation time is more than 30 minutes; 3. Family members sign informed consent for anesthesia; 4. Children with ASA grades I-III and whose body temperature is monitored by anesthesiologists during elective surgery according to the condition and surgical requirements.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with preoperative disease or surgery-related hyperthermia/hypothermia; 2. Children taking medication or suffering from diseases known to delay gastric emptying or increase gastric acid production; 3. Children with a recent history of nasal bleeding, children with coagulation dysfunction, and children with clear nasal and oral deformities on physical examination; 4. Children who need to remove the temperature probe for various reasons during the operation; 5. The operation is postponed or canceled due to improper feeding of family members; 6. Children with major systemic diseases such as heart, liver and kidney.
