Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Type two diabetic patients aged 18 to 65 years; 2. After diet control or oral hypoglycemic drugs, the condition is relatively stable, and no need to change the variety and dosage of drugs. For adults with type two diabetes who only maintain the dosage, fasting blood glucose is more than 7 mmol/L or 2 h after meal is more than 11.1mmol/L. 3. The research object shall accept the description of the purpose and details of this study, and voluntarily express its consent in writing to become a volunteer on the basis of full understanding.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Type 1 diabetes mellitus; 2. Those with different ages, pregnant or lactating women, and those who are allergic to the test samples; 3. Patients with heart, liver, kidney and other major organ complications, or patients with other serious diseases and psychosis, taking glucocorticoids or other drugs affecting blood glucose; 4. Diabetes ketosis, acidosis and infection occurred in the past 3 months.
