Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18 and over with acute ischemic stroke caused by anterior proximal artery occlusion can receive intravenous alteplase within 4.5 hours after the onset of stroke; 2. All patients with 18-month follow-up will be included in the main long-term follow-up analysis.
