65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are going to undergo robot-assisted laparoscopic radical prostatectomy; 2. Aged 65 to 80 years; 3. Voluntarily sign an informed letter and cooperate with clinical medical workers; 4. Body mass index (BMI) 18-28kg*m-2; 5. The American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) is classified as II-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with severe mental illness; 2. Combined with dysfunction of important organs, such as kidney, liver and heart; 3. Have a history of chronic pain, abuse of chemical substances, or allergy to the drugs used in this trial; 4. Patients who want to leave at any stage of the study and have not signed the study consent form.
