Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 85 years; 2. Patients with clinically diagnosed heart disease who have undergone surgical treatment and are in the intensive care unit; 3. The patient's heart rate is >=90 or <=60; 4. The blood pressure and heart rate are stable, and the ECG pattern is normal; 5. Proficient in Chinese, with sufficient language expression and communication skills; 6. Informed consent and voluntary participation in research.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Elective surgery may be performed during the trial, which will affect the intervention process; 2. Expected to die within 24 hours; 3. Other topics have been added. Participation in this study may cause patient overload or interfere with the observation effect; 4. After systematic evaluation, it is considered unsuitable to participate in this study, the reasons include but are not limited to: mental or physical disability is unable to cooperate with the test, recent non-cardiac diseases that can cause motor function impairment or can aggravate the disease due to exercise training. condition, etc.; 5. The attending physician or medical team refuses.
