Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Gestational age <32 weeks, weight <1500g, born in the obstetrics department of our hospital and admitted to the neonatology department for hospitalization after birth; 2. After admission, the children should complete the detection of IL-6 in the umbilical cord blood and (or) the pathological examination of the placenta by the mother.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Children who were not born in this hospital and were transferred from other hospitals; 2. Preterm infants whose umbilical cord blood IL-6 test is not perfected or whose mother has not undergone placental pathological examination after admission; 3. Cases with incomplete and unreliable clinical case data and unclear medical history; 4. Corrected gestational age at discharge is less than 36 weeks; 5. Twin or multiple births; 6. Severe congenital heart disease, chromosomal disease, genetic metabolic disease and other serious malformations of the system; 7. Children who are discharged or die in the middle.
