12 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 12 to 65 years; 2. No systemic disease or well-controlled systemic disease; 3. Chronic periapical periodontitis after root canal treatment, patients who are unable or unwilling to undergo root canal re-treatment; 4. Good compliance, voluntary participation and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Teeth with a degree of loosening of more than II°; 2. Teeth with root fractures or penetrating lesions; 3. Osteoporosis or have taken bisphosphonates; 4. Patients with poorly controlled systemic diseases, history of head and neck radiotherapy; 5. Female patients who are not suitable for apical surgery during pregnancy or lactation; 6. Those who cannot cooperate with the follow-up consultation.
