Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female patients aged 18 to 80 years; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease; 3. Before the study, the patient himself or his legal representative has signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other diseases not suitable for clinical research; 2. Multiple Takayasu arteritis; 3. During pregnancy or lactation, or with fertility intention within one year, or without effective contraceptive measures during childbearing age; 4. Abnormal liver function (5.0 times higher than the upper limit of normal value), abnormal renal function (creatinine more than 2mg / dl); 5. Severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) or respiratory failure; A history of gastrointestinal tract, respiratory tract or other organ hemorrhage in recent one month; Severe infection; Severe weakness, such as bad fluid; Malignant tumor; Patients with neuropsychiatric diseases; 6. Other pathophysiological conditions with an expected survival of less than 1 year; 7. Those who are allergic to the drug components of this study; Patients participating in other clinical studies.
