Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for fatigue-type sub-health; 2. Young and middle-aged (aged 18 to 59 years); 3. Ignoring, listening and other communication barriers and cognitive impairment; 4. Willing to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Chronic fatigue that can be explained by the primary disease, such as hypothyroidism; 2. Fatigue caused by drug side effects; 3. Pregnant and lactating women; 4. People with severe mental disorders; 5. Those who have recently participated in other clinical trials.
