Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) A confirmed diagnosis of Metabolic syndrome; (2) Aged >=60 years; (3) Ability to communicate and collaborate with researchers.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Cardiac function grade >=2 that might preclude moderate-intensity exercise; (2) Acute infectious disease; (3) Vision loss; (4) Diabetic foot; (5) Inability to complete the aerobic and resistance exercise prescribed in the present study.
