Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 60 years old, take care of daily life, can cooperate to complete all functional assessments, and voluntarily sign the informed consent; 2. SCD was assessed using the consortium to establish a registry for Alzheimer's Disease (CERAD) questionnaire; the question was derived from an entry in the GDS-15. By asking the patient "Do you think you have more memory problems than others", if the answer is "yes", it means that the patient has subjective cognitive decline; 3. The pace is 1 standard deviation lower than the average pace of people of the same age and gender.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Clinical diagnosis of dementia, mild cognitive impairment; 2. Clinical diagnosis of Parkinson's disease; 3. Movement disorders; 4. Incomplete or missing clinical data.
