Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Imaging examination for the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysm; 2. The surgical treatment method is intracranial aneurysm interventional embolization; 3.ASA I-III grade; 4. Voluntarily signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe organ dysfunction before surgery; 2. Abnormal coagulation function; 3. Allergy to local anesthetics or other drugs; 4. Moderate to severe stenosis of the carotid artery (>50%); 5. Patients with obvious mental system disorders before surgery; 6. Comatose state caused by craniocerebral disease; 7. Intracranial arteriovenous malformation.
