Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Snoring patients who need renal biopsy due to unexplained nephropathy such as proteinuria, hematuria, or elevated creatinine.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Mild and moderate OSA; 2. Those with contraindications to renal biopsy; 3. Patients with chronic renal insufficiency; 4. Patients with diabetes, hypertension and heart disease.
