Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The course of the disease is more than 1 month, and the rehabilitation treatment plan includes electrical stimulation of the cerebellar parietal nucleus and electrical stimulation of the median nerve. 2. Diagnostic criteria for disturbance of consciousness (VS, MCS) (1) VS diagnostic criteria: 1) Unconscious of the surrounding environment; 2) No visual tracking and response to speech; 3) The function of hypothalamus and brainstem is preserved; 4) In response to external stimuli, there may be voluntary frowning, crying, etc.; 5) There is a sleep-wake cycle; 6) The original reflex exists, other reflexes such as grasping, light reflex, tendon reflex may exist; 7) There is voluntary movement; 8) Blood pressure control and cardiopulmonary function are complete, and urinary incontinence may exist. (2) MCS diagnostic criteria: 1) Follow simple instructions; 2) Gesturing or verbally answering questions (which may be inaccurate); 3) Have emergency actions or emotional reactions to the environment; 4) There is eye following or staring.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Bilateral skull defects, bilateral mastoid processes, and damaged inner skin of the right forearm; 2. Those who are irritable and unable to cooperate with the tester; 3. History of mental illness; 4. Oral vasodilators and other drugs that cause changes in blood supply in the brain.
