18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 80 years; 2.BMI>=18kg/m2,<=28kg/m2; 3. ASA classification I-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe heart, liver and pulmonary insufficiency; 2. Abnormal coagulation function; 3. History of allergy to anesthetics; 4. History of long-term drinking, chronic pain or long-term use of psychotropic drugs; 5. Scar, infection, tumor at the puncture site; 6. History of malignant hyperthermia or family history; 7. Patients with a clear diagnosis of chronic diseases.
