18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18 to 65 years who plan to undergo bronchoscopy (divided into patients with ordinary microscopy and patients with complex microscopy); 2. Agree to accept the test and sign the informed consent; 3. ASA I-III grade.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of acute inflammation of the respiratory tract that has not been cured within a week; 2. Patients with severe respiratory diseases; 3. Have a mental disorder; 4. Difficulty in respiratory management (Mallampati score IV); 5. Have a history of drug abuse; 6. Those who have used benzodiazepine for more than 3 months continuously; 7. BMI 31; 8. Liver and kidney insufficiency; 9. Heart insufficiency; 10. Those who have contraindications to the drug application in the study; 11. Patients who have participated in other medical research in the past month.
